Over the feast of All Saints and All Souls, we will be hosting a 40-Hour Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. 40 Hours Devotion has a long history in the Church, and is meant to parallel the 40 hours our Lord spent in the tomb prior to His glorious resurrection. Consequently, we will be dedicating the 40 hours of continuous adoration for the repose of the souls of our family and friends, the souls in purgatory, and in a special way, for all those who suffered and died as a result of our residential school system.
