Join the McMaster Catholic Chaplaincy as we launch a new periodic lecture series titled Credible Catholicism.
We invite our whole faith community and beyond, to engage in the intellectual tradition of the Church, and learn more about how the Church relates to our world today.
This summer, we invite you to the first three lectures which will give a broad introduction to the Church’s worldview. Each lecture will provide an overview of the Catholic answers to three questions: “who are we?”, “who is God?”, and “what is the Church?” There will be one lecture each month delivered by guest lecturers:
June 17th: Anthropology – Who are We?
July 29th: Theology – Who is God?
August 19th: Ecclesiology – What is the Church?
We are excited to announce that Fr. Paul Pearson, Provost of The Toronto Oratory, has accepted our invitation to deliver the first lecture on June 17th, at 7 pm. You'll be able to watch and ask questions via the live stream!
