DeMazenod Farm (Day of Service)

A troupe of us from the Chaplaincy journeyed to the De Mazenod Door Farm on Friday, March 28.  Whether through sweeping in the barn, or cleaning out the duck cage, or gathering old wood to burn, it was a great experience to assist folks at the garden as they prepare for the upcoming growing and farming season.  It was a blessing to receive something from the rural experience of the land, and realize the work and dedication that goes into making the food for the De Mazenod Door ministries.
