HORIZONS OF HOPE

A Toolkit for Catholic Parishes on Palliative Care

This four-module sessions to learn, reflect, and act on issues surrounding end of life care, will be offered by the Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King, Hamilton.  The modules will be facilitated by one of the authors of the program – Dr. Moira McQueen.  Each session will take place on a Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00 p.m. in McNally Hall (Cathedral Basement).  Sessions begin on Tuesday, October 22 – registration is required.  To register please contact the Cathedral Basilica (905) 522-5744 or email basilica@hamiltondiocese.com
