Epiphany of the Lord

Arise, Jerusalem, and look to the East and see your children gathered from the rising to the setting of the sun.
This Week's Readings
This Sunday, January 8, the Church celebrates the manifestation of our Lord to the world. He was first revealed to the shepherds of Bethlehem, and then to the Magi who came from the East to adore Him. The Magi represent the Gentiles; after them come all the peoples of the earth. And so, the Epiphany is the promise of salvation for all humankind.
