Sharing the Warmth: Our Potluck Community Dinner

We're still savouring the wonderful moments from our recent potluck community dinner held on October 24th! It was a great evening filled with delicious food, laughter, and the sense of togetherness that defines our amazing community.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who joined us that evening. Your presence made the event truly special, and we're so grateful for your continued support.

A Feast to Remember: The potluck spread was a culinary delight, with an incredible variety of dishes. It was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. But you know what they say, sometimes even the best-laid potluck plans go awry. So, in the spirit of spontaneity, we had a last-minute "Pizza Surprise" – a reminder that life can be unpredictable, just like our potlucks! And let's not forget to mention the incredible assortment of desserts that graced our potluck tables, from heavenly cakes to mouthwatering cookies, it was a sweet tooth's paradise!

Building Stronger Bonds: Events like these are essential for fostering stronger connections within our community. It's a time to catch up with old friends, make new ones, and simply enjoy each other's company. We encourage you to invite your friends and family to our future events as we aim to make our gatherings even more vibrant and inclusive.

A Beautiful Ending: As the evening drew to a close, we all gathered in the church for a truly special time of song and prayer. Together, we prayed Night Prayer, filling the sacred space with the warmth of our community spirit.

Thank You: Once again, thank you to everyone who attended. Your participation means the world to us, and it's what keeps our community thriving. Let's keep this wonderful spirit alive as we look forward to more gatherings in the future.

Don't forget to use our hashtags, #HamOntCatholic, #McMasterCatholicChaplaincy, and #SaintKateriUniversityStudentCentre when sharing your thoughts and photos from the evening.

Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming events, and we can't wait to see you all again!
