This past Tuesday at the Student Dinner we had the privilege of having Dr. Josephine Lombardi come speak to us on “Spiritual First Aid.”  Dr. Lombardi shared much wisdom with us on place anxiety and stress in the context of our relationship with Jesus and the Church.  Prayer, discernment, and living the virtues are all key to living a flourishing spiritual life amidst the sometimes hectic and frenetic pace of student life.
